NX15405 - McALISTER, Albert James (Abby), A/U/WO2 - HQ Coy. A/CSM. The original headstone for Abby McALISTER, who died of illness at Kanburi, on 12/12/1943 (Pulmonary Embolism following Amputation of leg). He was buried at Kanburi (Kanchanaburi) No. 3 in Grave 440, and reburied in Kanchanaburi Cemetery on 15/1/1946 in Grave 1.C.20.
