NX26777, NX27464, NX57550 - Letter No.2 Mrs. Mildred Collett lost three of her sons in World War 2. Two of them were members of the 2/30th, and the third was with 3 Reserve M.T. Company. NX26777 - COLLETT, Arthur John, Pte. - B Company, 10 Platoon - died of wounds at Cathay Building, Singapore on16/2/1942, aged 22 NX27464 - COLLETT, Frederick George (Fred), Pte. - B Company, 10 Platoon - shot while POW at Muar on 3/2/1942, aged 21 NX57550 - COLLETT, Robert Edward, Pte. - 3 Reserve Motor Transport Company - died of illness (Pneumonia) whilst POW on 18/2/1944, aged 25; buried at Tamarkan, Grave 11; reburied at Kanchanaburi on 23/1/1946, Grave 1.D.62
